Russia will export grain with some exceptions

Russian Government defined some exceptions for the grain temporary ban. It’s worth reminding that Russian Government banned export of grain from August 15 to December 31.

The Government permitted grain export only in the scopes of implementing international treaties – humanitarian aid and several other cases.
